“We spent about 5 hours in the hospital. They took a picture of the head, the right lower leg and put a tetanus test on it,” Ivelina Miteva, the mother of the injured girl, told NOVA.
According to the woman, the fittings in question have been falling apart for several years. She also said that one of the men, who helped her daughter, cut off part of the fittings with his own hands after the accident.
“We are considering a partial renovation. There is an upcoming meeting with the company that maintains the area. We have submitted a letter to the Metropolitan Municipality with a request that the sidewalk be included in the program that is currently being launched,” said Eng. Hristo Valchanov, deputy mayor of the region.
