“Fair Russia” invites election campaigns to choose from photographs
The first deputy head of the Just Russia faction, Dmitry Gusev, made a contribution to the State Duma on the mandatory placement of photographs at polling stations, which should help fight “doubles”, that is, people with similar names, in the elections.
