Allegations of fraud by former fund staff, SPI Investment Fund, are considered unfounded.
The Swiss investment company Invescap SA has announced the unequivocal dismissal of a lawsuit filed against it and its CEO Marc-André Pépin by a former fund employee.
After careful review by both the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, the lawsuit filed against the company was found to be without merit.
The lawsuit, reviewed and ordered by Judge David Doyle, was therefore dismissed on July 8, 2022.
