The building was designed by architects Bohumra Kozek and Antonn ernho and is located between Na Pkop and Celetn streets and dates from the 1930s. As in the previous two auctions, one bidder paid the required deposit of 20 million crowns, but as a result, the auction, which ended today at noon, did not take part.
Majetkov ad will now offer the sale of an inch at an attractive price to the German builder who is the Broadway Theater and its owner Oldich Lichtenberg.
Priority first resulted from the contract that ZSVM accepted in 2016 from the then SDC, today Sprvy eleznic.
If you are a German, you have priority to apply within 3 months of receiving the invitation. For this exceptional property, which is located in the most lucrative part of Prague, Clem ZSVM cannot find at least two definitive owners who will find a meaningful use for it and breathe new life into it, said ZSVM spokeswoman Michaela Tesaov.
After the new auction, Lichtenberg said that he would not want to buy the thumb because of the changes in the contract to which the thumb is attached and because it would not last for several hundred years for the owner. According to him, this is the reason why he cannot sell his thumb repeatedly.
ZSVM, before starting the auction according to the law, first offered the object to other state institutions, but one of them did not show interest in it.
So far, the largest sum of 790 million crowns has been obtained from the sale of the estate on the Republic Square in Prague and the sale of the U Pjovny estate in Prague, which was sold for 355.1 million crowns after 100 sales.
