Monaco, beaten 3-2 in extra time by PSV Eindhoven, does not play the Champions League in September, while Benfica Lisbon, Glasgow Rangers and Dynamo kyiv obtained their ticket for the play-offs on Tuesday in the third round of qualifying. .
These play-offs, scheduled for August 16 and 23, will be the final stage before the C1 group stage which begins on September 6.
