Pass under the bridge and discover the fauna and flora
The principle is rather simple: go down the river for 8 km, from Pontet to Avignon via the island of Barthelasse. An ecological way to discover the river which is an integral part of the city and its history. It is also the unique opportunity to pass under the famous bridge of Avignon (real name Saint-Bénézet) and to immortalize it from all angles.
But the little extra of this course is the possibility of download the Rand’eau Découverte® application. It allows paddlers to have access, on their journey, to games, quizzes, videos and information on the fauna and flora that surrounds it.
This water ride is open even to paddle novices since it takes place in the direction of the current and does not require much physical effort. There is (almost) only to let yourself be carried by the river.
