The Buchler Bridge will be closed overnight from Monday to Tuesday for works. Traffic will be adjusted.
As part of the redevelopment of the Buchler Bridge, dynamic tests will be carried out this evening, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. These works will involve the barrier of the structure between the Place de la Gare and the “west” access and exit roads of the South penetrating road. The access ramps from the Thionville road to the Bonnevoie ring road will remain open to traffic from Howald and the exit ramps from the South penetrating road, from the Gluck roundabout, and from the City to the Thionville road. , in the direction of Howald, will also remain accessible. Appropriate signage, marking of the detour route are provided.
As far as public transport is concerned, changes will affect line 28: all stops will be served in both directions, but the line will be diverted between the station and Howald/Cloche d’Or. An increase in travel time is to be expected. Line 29 will be diverted by the Bonnevoie ring road.
In the direction of the airport and Senningerberg-Charlys Statioun, the Gare centrale quai 1 stop will be removed. The replacement stops will be Gare-Rocade quai 1 and Al Avenue quai 1. In the direction of the Bonnevoie technical school, the Wallis stops quai 1 and Gare centrale quai 2 will be removed and replaced by Gare-Rocade quai 2.
