General threat quickly under control
46-year-old homeless man again with behavioral problems
Gauting, district of Starnberg – On Sunday afternoon (August 7th) travelers from an S6, shortly before Gauting, reported a “man with a knife”. Officials from the state police quickly clarified the situation and measures were taken to identify the culprit, a 46-year-old homeless person.
At around 11:25 a.m., travelers reported a “man with a knife” to the police emergency call from a moving S6, just before Gauting. Numerous forces from the state and federal police go to the S-Bahn station in the district of Starnberg.
Investigations revealed that a 46-year-old German known to the authorities is said to have threatened two fellow passengers on the moving S-Bahn. He is also said to have racially insulted the two (a 59-year-old Chilean and a 65-year-old Chinese). Officers from the Bavarian state police overpowered the 46-year-old on the S-Bahn, arrested him and handed him over to the federal police, who were responsible for further processing. After his arrest, a cutlery knife was found in the backpack the native of Thuringia was carrying. Evidence that he actually held this in his hand on the S-Bahn has not yet been confirmed.
After consultation with the Munich I public prosecutor’s office, the 1.26 per mille drunk with behavioral problems was released after the police measures had been completed. The incident had a minor impact on rail operations.
The man who was born in the Saale-Orla district was always extremely behaving backwards. Among other things, on April 20, 2022, when at around 7:57 p.m. in an S6, towards Tutzing, he first threatened fellow passengers while driving and then shouted loudly into the car that he had a bomb with him and would detonate it. The passengers in the S-Bahn feel uncomfortable and frightened by the behavior of the then alcoholized with 1.76 per mille and called the police emergency number. Police officers from the Starnberg police station overwhelmed the homeless man and handed him over to the federal police.
