Analysts note that the list includes only those military equipment for which there are photos or videos, so the actual number is higher than recorded.
Since the beginning of full-scale production in Ukraine, Russia has already lost more than 5 thousand units of military equipment.
This is evidenced by the data of the analytical platform Oryx. Ukrinform.

Another 1,410 units of Russian equipment were captured by the Ukrainian military. It is noted that the equipment in the “abandoned” category, most likely, was subsequently captured or destroyed.
In particular, the Russians lost 929 tanks, of which 565 were stolen, 35 were wounded, 49 were “abandoned”. Another 280 tanks were captured.
Also, the Russians lost 518 armored fighting vehicles, more than assembled infantry fighting vehicles, more than 140 armored personnel carriers, 32 armored vehicles with mine protection.
In addition, the Russians found 14 mortars, 74 towed artillery units, 152 self-propelled artillery mounts and 94 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
