DIJON: Lo Bianco successfully launches D’Jazz at the beach
The first of three dates for D’Jazz à la plage saw the group Lo Bianco offer a very bluesy performance this Friday, August 5 at Lac Kir. Back to pictures.
At the end of the day on Friday August 5, 2022, it was much more the back beach than the stretch of sand around Lake Kir that was invaded by hundreds of people – around 500 -. Although dried out by the beating sun and the heat of the previous days, the grassy space allowed spectators to gather there to attend, in a pleasant climate, the first concert of D’Jazz at the beach. 2022.
The group Lo Bianco – named after the singer and guitarist David Curci Lo Bianco – performed on a widely appreciated blues repertoire, revisited by a trio also composed of drummer Romain Pascault and bassist Virgile Jondot.
For the 18th year of D’Jazz à la plage, on a site made available by the City of Dijon, the Media Music association has once again scheduled three dates. The first was therefore a success, the other two are announced on Friday August 12 with Krachta Valda and August 19 with The Golden Coasters. More information on the program by clicking here.
Each concert is free, open to all and takes place from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
