It’s raining, we’re walking 30,000 steps a day, until the fire brigade in Hensko bursts into flames
How many hours a day did you intervene in the Eskm Vcar region?
We work as needed. we always try to let the darkness relax, because the work in that area is physically very difficult and we have to work hard. We walked ten thousand steps there every day. We interfered with nepetrit. When a strong wind picked up and a new fire appeared in seconds, it was impossible to leave. No one could answer at that moment.
And you were in the zazh suit the whole time? How much in?
M 15 kilos. In some places, however, it was not necessary to be in it, and then a light touch suit was worth it. Colleagues in short sleeves can also be seen in the photos.
When did you learn about the disaster in Hensko?
Right on Sunday, when they first arrived with the means of preparation.
Did it occur to you at that moment that you would go there?
Definitely not.
So when did you decide to go there?
Last week on Tuesday morning.
How much time did you have to prepare?
At one o’clock we were ready to leave. I was just at a party. We left as a couple with a large capacity Somati pump and there were six of us. On Wednesday at half past seven in the morning, she left for the second half of the afternoon, who was only eighteen. J was on his way to the company.
Is the technique you use in Prague suitable for hunting in the forest?
Not quite. Together with enough about odad, we received information about what is needed at Henska. It cannot happen that a technique that would not be suitable would be used instead. We went there with good firefighting equipment, which we supplemented with, for example, a filter mask and half mask, a light impact helmet and a devorubeck helmet.

How long will two masks or half masks last?
In the end, we didn’t care. We don’t even work in them in Prague. In the metropolis, we have isolated breathing apparatus.
What surprised you the most about revenge?
About an area. Here in the Czech Republic, we are not fully used to forest seasons on this scale and not at all in such a way. Because it is a rocky city, it is extremely lazy with large fortresses. When there was a local outbreak somewhere, the path to it was often difficult.
The work was also complicated by the intr…
He always complicates it, that is, if it blows. When you eliminate one focus, it turns around and a new focus appears a hundred or a hundred meters away.
How did you fill the wheels on the revenge?
On the first day, the main task was not to fill the water supply with the help of the Somati pump. We transported it to Mezn, approximately 6.9 km from Kamenice before the confluence with the Elbe (from the Henská detour dog Mezn Louku note Red.).
We built a convoluted pipeline from Mezn Louka to Mezn with a length of about two kilometers. After the completion of the work on the pipeline, we were put in charge of the section from Mezn to Kobylka hill, i.e. in the towns where the tourist Mlnsk road leads. There, a crack in the fire ensures that newly formed fires are extinguished, and that the fire does not re-dissolve, especially when the wind changes. So let’s burn the houses in Mezn. Monitoring, firefighting work, extinguishing work and burning of the tree were carried out there.
I suppose that the trunk of the tree is worth the fall…
Some of the tribes are burnt and of course dangerous. So let’s get to the bottom of it first.
Were you afraid they would fall on you?
It’s a danger, of course. But the fire brigades have training for that. He can assess the situation correctly and shave the trees correctly.
Can drones replace you in the field of monitoring?
At the moment when helicopters operate on the bridge, it is not possible, there would be a risk of heatstroke.
Firefighters in Eskm Vcarsk are working non-stop. He sent reinforcements to Hensko |
In the holy sec, is yours cracked alone?
No. There are local units and the volunteer fire department.
Is this way of working new to you?
There is usually no scope in this range. However, we are used to cooperating with the unit from elsewhere in case of malfunctions.
Organizing so many people, vehicles and equipment in such a way that they don’t mess up has to be combined. How do you get out of range?
The strike commander has a tb under him, his lions have long wheels, because one hunter is not able to handle it. Individual sectors and sections have their commanders. It is necessary for everyone to do the work they have. Repeat reports on how things are going in a given city and at a given time, or what needs to be done. the wheels are lengthened at each meeting. You convene as needed.
Helicopters and planes that help with the gun fall under the same strike commander?
Inside you is a hunter who coordinates air transport and carries out the orders of the strike commander. Helicopters fly all day long without dust and dropping water. One sometimes monitors the situation. This is essential.
You went to Prague on Thursday. How many of your crack colleagues are active in the city?
Nepetrit affects 24 of them, let’s be ashamed of those days.
Help with the fire so wash the volunteer fire brigade?
Not at all. However, volunteer fire brigades from other cities operate there.
When will you return to Hensko?
Don’t sleep on this week’s arrest.
