He was caught at his own game. This Sunday, July 31, a man was arrested after trying to rob a house. The facts occurred around 8:15 a.m. in the Amidonniers district of Toulouse. A 39-year-old man called the police to report a burglary.

A few minutes earlier, he surprised an individual in his own home who had apparently slipped through a window he had opened in order to ventilate. When he tried to restrain the intruder, he also received blows.

Car keys, computers, telephones…

When they arrived at the scene, the police managed to locate the individual. During his arrest, he was in possession of objects stolen from the house visited, but also car keys, computers, telephones or even clothes that did not belong to the victim. The police were able to establish that he had committed two other burglaries during the same morning and in the same street. Placed in police custody, this man explained to the police that he was coming out of prison and had debts to repay. Seeing the windows of these houses open, the individual sees an opportunity to honor them. The three victims filed a complaint.
