Crashing, frontal, “crazy” racing cars: flurry of accidents this Saturday on the streets of Genoa
Genoa. Five serious road accidents, a dozen injured, one of which is very serious, damages for thousands of thousands of euros and dozens of operators working among doctors, nurses, law enforcement agencies and public assistance soldiers. It is the balance of a crazy Saturday on the streets of Genoa.
From shortly after midnight until the evening, the news relating to the road network continued unabated. The most striking case is certainly that of the silver Ferrari that around 4 am crashed at insane speed against the terrace of a bar in via Casaregis (corner with via Cecchi) and several parked cars: the two aboard the luxury car moreover, they moved away from the accident site after receiving the first treatment.
First, at one in the morning, around another crash but in Serra Riccò, on the provincial road in the locality of Castagna. A car crashed into a roadside petrol station, causing extensive damage.
Also this night another accident in Bargagli, at the height of the Presa. Frontal between two cars: five injured, not seriously.
A few hours of respite pass in the morning, with only a few “trivial” claims in the city and at 1 pm a new accident occurs in via Merano, in Sestri Ponente: three boys driving motorbikes and scooters and a car involved in the clash. The young centaurs have the worst.
At about 5 pm in via 30 giugno in Campi another front: auto moto, the person driving the motorbike is covered in very serious conditions after being intubated on the spot.
