Strong partnership
“The Hypo Tirol Liga – I’m sure – will not only stand for excitement and great public interest in the future, but also for high-quality football. Our Landesbank makes a significant contribution through its “competition sponsoring” so that the association or its associations and honorary officials can fulfill their tasks, which are so important for our society,” says President Dr. Joseph Geisler. In his welcome speech, the TFV President emphasized the special importance of football not only for health, but above all for social life. Whether fighting teams, women’s teams or youngsters, the common experiences, the currency, respect and fairness and the sharing of joy and sorrow are unforgettable moments and impressions. Hypo Tirol board member Johannes Haid introduces the words regarding the many positive aspects of football. Togetherness, preparation and the desire and will to succeed are also reflected in the work at Hypo Tirol.

Welcome Women Hypo Tirol League
Since the 2019/20 season, Hypo Tirol Bank has been supporting the Tyrolean football association through the patronage of the HYPO TIROL Liga for men. The 16 Tyrolean clubs are promoted and supported all over the country. From the 2022/23 season, the women’s teams in the women’s HYPO TIROL league will also be supported. “It is often a hurdle for girls and women to prove themselves in mixed teams. There is immense potential for the domestic football scene here. We would like to support the Tyrolean Football Association in promoting and shaping this talent,” explains Johannes Haid. Around 2,500 girls and women are currently playing football in Tyrol. This corresponds to almost 10% of all young people in Tyrol – and the trend is rising. “We are very pleased about the support of Hypo Tirol and it is another important step for the upgrading and visibility of women’s football in Tyrol. Our goal is to inspire many girls and women for our sport and to inspire women. HYPO TIROL Liga plays an important role here. We start for the support “explains Jenni Giebl, TFV officer for girls and women’s football.
First Winner
As the first winner of the season, SK Ebbs can look forward to it. In the first drawing of the video raffle, the Unterländer filled the Hypo Tirol caravan with drinks and food worth 500 euros. But the opportunity for the Tyrolean clubs to welcome the caravan to their own facility goes further. The Hypo Tirol caravan from the wild 1970s, filled with refreshing drinks, a photo box and much more will be raffled off again.
