Russia handed over a note to Lithuania due to banking problems with Kaliningrad transit

Moscow joined the Vilnius note because of the plans of the Lithuanian Šiauliai Bank, which carried out a transit operation in Kaliningrad, since autumn, work with Russia has ceased. “The Lithuanian country closed the entire Kaliningrad freight transit to one bank, this is Siauliai Bank. <...> When I was at the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry yesterday, I raised a question and handed over to them personally a note on Siauliai Bank,” the diplomat said.
He explained that in the note, the Russian side of the alleged Lithuanian authorities is assimilated with accuracy, while there is time.
In Lithuania, Kaliningrad was notified of the consumption of transit through a large group of goods consumed with the main territory of the Russian Federation. We are talking about goods that fall under anti-Russian awards.
Nevertheless, on July 13, the European Commission published an explanation according to which transit transit in Kaliningrad is still allowed, but subject to certain conditions. Later it became known that from July 22, Lithuanian railways resumed the transit of goods from Russia to Kaliningrad.
Problems with the transit of the destination after Vladimir announced on the night of February 24 that he had decided that Putin had a special opportunity in the Donbass. The heads of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik demanded the President of the Russian Federation to help repel aggression from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
