The difficult task of inflating Portugal
If inflation were, at this moment, a single concern of the Portuguese, we wouldn’t even be so bad. Of course, only part of the population would be decided by the general rise in prices. But, in a country where socialism, lies and propaganda have reigned for more than 20 years, almost consecutively, it would be unexpected to see people in difficulties or even in poverty. Or not?
Reality tells us the opposite. Our country has seen its GDP grow at miserable and unsustainable rates to keep up with the growth rate of public debt, which has already surpassed its own GDP by a dizzying 20 percentage points, which, for the average person, may not have great significance, but it is extremely relevant that, in total, Portugal must have a value 20% higher compared to the total value of the things it manages to produce in a year. In a very basic way, it is as if at the beginning of the month he had to pay 120 euros of (public) debt, but he quickly realizes that he only received a measly salary of 100 euros, which represents the Portuguese GDP. Do you see our situation now?
It is at this moment, where inflation seems to be increasingly common in 2021, contrary to certain regulatory and national entities, which become surprising years of risk that in Portugal 2021, 2 3 people who are in Portugal From poverty or social exclusion, according to data provided by the INE, a figure that has certainly increased with the development of the national scenario, and that will certainly continue to increase in the coming years, derived from the economic and global scenario that is specific to the global economic and geopolitical scenario.
It’s the country of make-believe. After all, pretend that everything is going to be okay. But the reality is that all is not well and the Portuguese have to understand that it will be difficult to have a stable life in the coming years.
The world changed. But what if Portugal doesn’t want to change?
If our country does not want to change the way it is clear. The last 20 years, we will survive the last 20 years. And allow me to have an opinion on what I predict will be one of the darkest periods. Our country is in chaos, and the reality, the impacts of the most recent global developments are not even fully thought through. And I don’t want to discourage anyone, let alone take away from you the hope of hope that you certainly won’t keep in our beloved country, the future of Portugal will be completely pleasant.
And period, greater number, that greater number, that surround Portugal, that greater number we have, an absolute me the future values, as well as the greater, that most of the values. over the last 30 years, has made requests for 20% salary increases for a period of four years. Yes, everyone knows that the cost of living will increase, but want to have higher and more persistent inflation? At the same time, with great joy, food vouchers for the entire population, which the population considers an act of saving with pure taxpayers’ money, since not all the help of taxpayers, but essentially as needed by people in greater difficulty. In addition, a tax reduction would be a much more efficient measure. But overall I think he understands what he’s doing objectively. Objectives that certainly differ from the interests of the Portuguese, but it’s just writing a young person and a country to be defined.
Remember also that the current Minister of Finance, Fernando Medina, left a debt of more than 10 million euros with the Lisbon City Council, as well as a loving farewell fine to Lisboners and Portuguese, passed by the Higher Data Protection Commission. , in excess of one million euros, related to the fact that Fernando Medina has for years allowed an illegal sharing of data related to several activist residents in Portugal with Russian embassies. I know it’s boring and it’s not very good to talk about it now, because Mr. Minister is an authority figure and exemplary leader who now controls Portugal’s finances.
But don’t worry, there are still more dubious people, because they are competent and with little attention to ethics and personal or professional, with the capacity to carry out more political and a great act of freight, or cronyism, on whom you can probably count. I go by reference, in order to live the memory of the readers, Minister Eduardo Cabrita, given that he has more the life of a person in his hands, and I go straight to the Minister who, due to sheer incompetence and bewilderment, is the most responsible — never above of Mr. Prime Minister — for everything that goes on in the SNS. Or is there still a national health system? Well, I suppose we can be content with having one or another hospital with open emergency rooms and more than seven hours of waiting.
And if health weren’t enough reason for the Portuguese to make, for the first time in their history, a serious and continued protest against the clowning that has been selected in Portugal, we have the icing on the cake with the history of Lisbon Airport, and which demonstrates the absolute chaos and disorganization of this government. The country and the years to years have drifted on this subject, and we are precisely ashamed, the unbelievable succession of events that we already hear every hour and are ashamed to hear. Where no one anyone like it is possible to have access to little shame and there is no consequence for anyone. But anyway….
After all, it is the country of make-believe, the banana republic.
Welcome to Portugal.
On a final note, I leave the questions that intrigue me the most.
Did Prime Minister António Costa lie? Did Minister Pedro Nuno Santos lie? Or is it, that in the midst of this unbelievable and priceless confusion, no one lied?
What would it take to resign a Portuguese government? Is there any circumstance where this government actually begins to govern? Will the mission inflate to stay or will the government just continue its mission of inflating Portugal?
And to our people, in ambitious and struggling times, how long are we going to witness these events and let these people go unpunished? They will even make fun of us, and manage to laugh while they escape without taking any responsibility.
Is this the country you want to live in? Is this the country they want to leave for their children?
Is it still possible to change the rumor?
