Lyons. A driver hit a cyclist and fled: what we know

The victim is a man in his thirties, according to firefighters, contacted by News Lyon. The young man was on a bicycle when a car hit him last night, Wednesday July 13, on the Lafayette bridge in Lyon 2nd.
When the incident occurs, at 9.50 p.m., the emergency services are dispatched to the scene to take care of the seriously injured cyclist.
According to our colleagues from Progressthe young man would have been in cardiopulmonary arrest and could be rushed to the hospital, after being resuscitated by the rescuers.
The driver fled
The driver of the vehicle fled after hitting the cyclist. Last night he was wanted by the city police. For the moment, we do not know yet if the driver could be found.
