Possible extreme heat on the way, 40+ degrees in the Netherlands
The weather maps for next week show that the Netherlands has a chance of extreme heat. Temperatures above 40 degrees are not excluded for Monday 18 July.
‘Unprecedented maps’ is what the Zwolle weather experts from Art of Thunders call the forecasts that even show temperatures of 45 degrees in the interior. ‘It depends on whether the low pressure area west of France continues or not. Will this come to it hot in our country, otherwise it will remain with summer heat.’
Weatherman Reinier van den Berg also sees the forecasts with extreme heat for the Netherlands. Nevertheless, he keeps a lid on the arm. ‘That very much includes that recording. Still, models persist with their extreme heat. A lot of lines die on Monday reaching 40 C. But also a few below 25 C.’
🌡️🌡️ Again unprecedented tickets for next weekend with 45 degrees?! It depends on whether the low pressure area in France continues or not. Will this come to it hot in our country, otherwise it will stay with summer heat.

As said, all that it starts. Yet models persist with their extreme #heat† This is the new plume, the Southeast Netherlands region (say Limburg). Still a lot of lines die on Monday reaching 40 C. But also a few below 25 C! https://t.co/bmwbs26AE2 pic.twitter.com/YJvBNZe1sM
