The heat that has invaded for days continues Rome and the other provinces of Lazio. Even today, Wednesday 6 July, the thermometer will continue to rise well above thirty degrees, with peaks of thirty-six degrees in the capital in the hours between 11 and 15. The peak of heat in Rome will be at 14, the minimum expected is twenty degrees. Winds will blow between light and moderate throughout the day, giving some relief in this unshakeable heat.
The situation will also be similar in the other provinces of Lazio: a Frosinone, Rieti, Latina and Viterbo the maximum temperatures will be between thirty-four and thirty-six degrees, with the minimum temperatures rarely going below twenty degrees. Rain is not expected in any area. Perhaps only in Rieti on Thursday there will be rainfall.
Falling temperature in the next few days
Temperatures will drop slightly in the next few days, even if the thermometers will never drop below thirty degrees in Rome. In Viterbo, on the other hand, they will reach twenty-eight degrees, as well as in Rieti, where generally the climate is cooler than in the other provinces of Lazio.
Rome and Lazio weather forecast for Monday 27 June: sun and heat. Temperature up to 38 degrees in Rome
Still no rain: no rain is expected from here until the end of the week, which is causing numerous drought problems in the region. The only exception is Rieti, where on Thursday strong thunderstorms are expected for the moment, but they will not have any aftermath in the following days.
After a slight drop, temperatures will rise again starting next week, approaching forty degrees again.
