Update from July 5, 4:31 p.m.: Türkgücü has announced the 23rd new signing for the Regionalliga Bayern. Marco Holz is returning to his old place of work on Heinrich-Wieland-Strasse. The midfielder was most recently under contract with FC Wacker Innsbruck. The 32-year-old made 28 appearances for Türkgücü from 2019 to January 2021 in the regional league and 3rd division, scoring seven goals and probably scoring another seven goals for his colleagues.
Update from July 5, 12:03 p.m.: Sercan Sararer has been without a job since leaving Türkgücü Munich. The offensive player has also offered to TSV 1860, but coach Michael Köllner has already waved it off. A comeback at his former club in the regional league should be out of the question. “I have never experienced such a catastrophe. I never want to have anything to do with this club again, I don’t even want to say the name,” the ex-Turkish international said in an interview with a former third division club.
Update from July 5th, 11:29 am: Breathe a sigh of relief at Türkgücü. In the proverbial very last minute, the regional league presents its alternative stadium. After the cancellations from Lohhof and Fürstenfeldbruck, it will be the really big solution – the Olympic Stadium.
By returning to the venerable stadium, Türkgücü’s return to the regional league is perfect. However, after the insolvency last season, Olympaipark GmbH had some securities built into the contract.
Türkgücü Munich collects the next stadium cancellation: Stadtwerke Unterschleißheim can guarantee security
Update from July 4th, 4:31 p.m.: Next setback for Türkgücü Munich when looking for an alternative stadium. After the cancellation from Fürstenfeldbruck, there is also no green light for the Hans Bayer Stadium in Lohhof.
The Stadtwerke Unterschleißheim worked under enormous time pressure on a solution, but were unable to clarify all safety and building regulations issues in the short time available. Was it with the regional league?
Update from June 30, 2:41 p.m.: The bomb has burst. The city council in Fürstenfeldbruck does not agree to a sublease agreement with Türkgücü Munich. This makes it clear: Türkgücü must not play his alternative games in the monastery stadium in the coming season.
Türkgücü President Taskin Akkay has until July 5 to find a new stadium. He has to put everything on the Hans-Bayer-Stadion card. For some time now, there have been “constructive talks” with those responsible at Stadtwerke Unterschleißheim.
Update from June 28, 12:21 p.m.: New twist in the stadium search of Türkgücü Munich. After still not being able to reach an agreement with the city of Fürstenfeldbruck, the third division relegated team is looking for another stadium.
The focus is on the Hans Bayer Stadium in Lohhof. However, time is running out: All documents must be submitted to the BFV by July 5th. But the stadium in Fürstenfeldbruck is not out of the game either. Next deadline is June 29th. The city council meets there and discusses the topic.
Türkgücü Munich strikes three times: next ex-lion is coming
Update from June 28, 08:19: Türkgücü Munich signed three new players in one fell swoop. With Benedikt Auburger, the next talent of the young lions moves to Heinrich-Wieland-Strasse after Moritz Heigl. Auburger is mainly used on the defensive.
In addition, the third division relegated announced the commitment of Linor Shabani and Stefan Musa. Shabani comes from the regional league relegated TSV 1860 Rosenheim and should stabilize the defensive midfield with his experience. Stefan Musa is a 20-year-old goalkeeping talent who comes from SV Neuhof in the Hessenliga.
Türkgücü Munich is not progressing in the stadium dispute: SCF President Ettner criticizes OB
Update from June 23, 3:00 p.m.: The stadium dispute in Fürstenfeldbruck is getting worse and worse. While Mayor Raff and Türkgücü President Taskin Akkay think they are on the home stretch, SC Fürstenfeldbruck President Jakob Ettner does not yet believe it.
“The mayor sacrifices Türkgücü in order to be able to finish SC Fürstenfeldbruck,” the SCF boss claimed. There has been a dispute between him and Raff for years. Rumors Türkgücü is meanwhile looking for another stadium, but President Akkay denies it: “I don’t know where these Lohhof rumors are coming from. We continue to work towards being able to play in Fürstenfeldbruck. We just want to work in peace.”
Türkgücü Munich still does not agree with the city of Fürstenfeldbruck: the deadline from the BFV has been extended
Update from June 22, 2:58 p.m.: The stadium posse around the stadium in Fürstenfeldbruck continues. In the course of the BFV’s extension of the deadline, the mayor of Fürstenfeldbruck, Erich Raff, criticized the communication with Türkgücü.
“Communication could be better. With the best will in the world, I don’t know why Mr. Akkay doesn’t inform us of changes that are known to us,” he complains. However, all questions must be clarified by the delayed July 5th. This is the BFV’s new deadline for the stadium issue.
Update from June 21, 12:08 p.m.: Türkgücü Munich started the preparations with a 14-0 win in a friendly. Kayabunar sees his squad as suitable for the regional league, but is still waiting for further commitments. A goalkeeper in particular is urgently needed. Meanwhile, there is the first bad news on Heinrich-Wieland-Strasse: Kaan Aygün and Kazuki Date have torn their cruciate ligaments and will be out for an indefinite period.
Max Kothny doesn’t switch to AS Nancy after all: fans get will
Update from June 20, 09:32: At the beginning of May, ex-Türkgücü managing director Max Kothny was to become managing director at AS Nancy. There, the 25-year-old should lead the traditional French club back into the second division. But as soon as the announcement was made, the fans protested against Kothny’s commitment.
And not even two months later they get their way. The Pacific Media Group, which is the investor behind the association, presents a new structure: a structure without Kothny. When asked by our newspaper, the German upstart did not want to comment
Manfred Schwabl rumbles about Türkgücü Munich’s regional league plans: “Wouldn’t feel like playing at all”
“I would really like not to play against Türkgücü twice in the new season,” rumbled SpVgg-Unterhaching President Manni Schwabl at the beginning of May. But nothing will come of it. The insolvent third division relegated will in all likelihood start in the regional league in the coming season.
And that despite the fact that the club was left without players, a stadium or money after the bankruptcy. But the signs have changed. Alper Kayabunar was installed as the successor to head coach Andreas Heraf and even money is available again on Heinrich-Wieland-Straße. Through donations, membership fees and sponsoring, the association has a substantial budget.
TSV 1860 uses Türkgücü: Vrenezi and Rieder change to Grünwalder Straße
And that WILL – how should it be any different with Türkgücü – is already being invested in fresh players. The new team will have nothing to do with the squad from last season. The contracts of all employees of the GmbH finally became void with the filing of insolvency proceedings. The aim is to “stay in the regional league in the long term.”
Türkgücü has now signed 22 players for the new season. In particular, the transfers of Maxi Berwein or ex-Junglöwen captain Moritz Heigl underline the ambitions of the relegated team. Even though Kayabunar is “very optimistic” about the new season after the start of training, one or two reinforcements should follow. There is a lot of catching up to do, especially in the goalkeeper position.
In contrast, some players have already found a new club, while others are still looking for a new employer. Tim Rieder and Albion Vrenezi are moving to local rivals TSV 1860 Munich. Ex-captain and star of the team Sercan Sararer, on the other hand, is still looking for a new club.
Türkgücü Munich is missing an alternative stadium: when does the local posse end in Fürstenfeldbruck?
While the team is taking on more and more contours for the coming season, a big sword of Damocles still hangs over Türkgücü’s regional league plans: the stadium question. The Kayabunar team will be allowed to play a maximum of twelve home games in the Grünwalder stadium next season, and an alternative stadium will have to be found for the upcoming games.
It has been clear for weeks: It should be the monastery stadium in Fürstenfeldbruck. However, a lack of a safety concept, a dispute over a noise protection report and a lack of documents have so far prevented a lease agreement between the city of Fürstenfeldbruck and Türkgücü. The original deadline of the BFV in the stadium question has now been extended to July 5th. Then everything has to be under one roof. all the work of those responsible in the last few months was in vain and the fall into the C-Class was the result.
