Kaluga. 5’th of July. INTERFAX – The Volvo Group has begun to cut staff in Russian divisions to adapt to the changed conditions provided to Interfax by the company’s press service.
The conditions under which employees will leave, and their number is now determined by the leadership of the Russian office of the Volvo Group. The press service does not specify which units will affect the rescue.
At the same time, as the press service exceeded, the company does not consider it necessary to solve the problems of leaving the Russian market.

As previously reported, in early March, the plant in Kaluga suspended work due to the impossibility of importing auto components and parts.
Volvo Group implements several projects in the industrial park “Kaluga-South”, including the Volvo plant for the production of trucks, the service center for trucks “Volvo Truck Center Kaluga”, the customs department of Volvo, the plant for the production of excavators of Volvo Construction Equipment, the Volvo plant Group Cab Factory for the production of cabs for Volvo and Renault trucks.
