The PSD at the forefront of a more eco-sustainable Republic of San Marino
The Party of Socialists and Democrats expresses “thanks for the participation of the public and the qualified guests in the Monday evening, dedicated to the energy issue”.
“For energy consumption it is of primary importance, it is for everyone: from large powers to small communities, up to the individual citizen, from strategic decisions on the supply of electricity and gas, to households due to individual behavior”, he reports the note of Party of Socialists and Democrats.
And again: “San Marino is affected by the fact that it is almost totally an importer of energy and water resources, on the other hand its very homogeneous dimension of city-state and community can favor the analysis of the overall picture and the consequent series of choices on: how much renewable energy to buy from the outside, how much to produce internally, how to relate to neighboring realities, how to promote practices to reduce consumption. The exchange of experiences with the Councilor for Transition, Montini, and Professor Setti on the Rimini Energy Plan and on energy communities, constitute a group of particularly useful examples for addressing the issue in San Marino “.
Finally, the PSD “intends to feed the public discussion on the aforementioned directives, in order to place the Republic’s commitment among the most virtuous ones, taking into consideration the commitment to reduce procurement costs: the PSD is convinced that these priorities can be together, as is already the case in various states, the most advanced ones, the ones to look at “.
