The happy future tenants of the Testimonio II tower are known
A brand new place to live in the east of the Principality.
At the start of the year, the Principality launched a call for applications for the allocation of new housing units in the Testimonio II and II bis towers. Since the commission which met on June 14, future tenants know their future apartment, for those who were lucky enough to be selected.
The fitting-out work on the apartments is still in progress but should be finished within five months so that the new tenants can move in during November.
In total, 348 apartments were placed on the state housing market. It’s not just a housing tower, a 1,100-space car park, a crèche and new premises for the International School of Monaco were built at the same time.
According to Jean Castellini, Government Counselor and Minister of Finance and the Economy, from the 14th floor, the apartments have ” a sea view, impregnable and 360 degrees. “Which confirms a future tenant visiting:” Pleasantly surprised by the view, we are waiting for it with great impatience. »
New state housing will soon be allocated
This allocation of housing is part of the national housing plan voted in 2018. Moreover, another 800 apartments were to be delivered until the first quarter of 2024.
For example, Villa Carmelha and Grand Ida should see the light of day in the next few years between 2023 and 2024.
Regarding the Testimonio II bis tower, the commission for the allocation of housing will visit in the first quarter of 2023 and the two towers should be renamed soon.
