Pink Martini in Monaco for an exclusive concert
The American group Pink Martini will be in concert exclusively on July 13 at 8 p.m. in Monte-Carlo.
Founded in 1994 by Thomas Lauderdale and winner of song of the year at the music victories in 2000, the group from Portland are on a world tour. From Madrid to Minneapolis, the 12 musicians have planned a date with our Monegasque friends.
France is not an unknown land for them. Indeed, Pink Martini is a American band that made its European debut at Cannes in 1997. But our sweet France is far from being the only country where the group has ventured, as evidenced by their musical repertoire, filled with 15 different languages.
Passage in 2011 at the Olympia, Pink Martini is therefore familiar with France. But also with the French language: “I don’t want to work” has become a legendary phrase of a popular title.
Nothing better as summer approaches than listening to their album ” Joy to the world” released in 2010. Even if it means listening to it, you might as well do it directly with the musicians, by going to their concert. It’s much better ! They will be performing at the prestigious Opéra Garnier in Monte-Carlo.
As usual, the American group intends to create a friendly atmosphere throughout the evening.
Seats are already available for purchase on the various reservation sites, as well as on the Monte-Carlo site. Correct outfit required ! In case you can’t attend this concert on July 13, Pink Martini will be in concert in Brussels on September 30… 2023. A blow to have to wait a long time.
