20 concerts under the stars ready to enchant the summer

From July 8 to 24, the Toulouse Festival invites you to the heart of the pink city for twenty live evenings of classical, pop, jazz and rap concerts. A major musical encounter with, as headliners, Julien Clerc, Kavinsky, the Orchester National du Capitole, Jean-François Zygel, André Manoukian and Yvan Cassar.

[Partenariat] The JJ is coming! Friday, July 8, the Toulouse Festival is about to inaugurate its very first edition. With the ambition of becoming THE new major summer event in the City of Violets, the event has chosen to rely on a strong and eclectic program that will make the eyes of festival-goers shine.

Until July 24 in the heart of the Raymond VI garden which surrounds the museum Slaughterhousesthe Toulouse Festival invites you to experience several exceptional evenings in the company of artists from all walks of life.

The kick-off will be launched this Friday, July 8 at 9 p.m. with the stellar meeting of two great artists on the international scene: the pianist Simon Ghraichy and the star dancer of the Paris Opera, Dorothée Gilbert, for a moment of grace and of poetry. I book my places

The following days will see a string of artists and big names in music. Lambert Wilson, Julie Depardieu, Thibault de Montalembert, Jean-François Zygel, André Manoukian, Natalie Dessay, Yvan Cassar or even Alex Vizorek will be gathered in Toulouse to offer you conferences, shows, screenings, but above all concerts!

Among others, a tribute to Ennio Morricone, Aretha Franklin, Astor Piazzolla and Miyazaki make the waters of the Garonne vibrate.

The high point of the festival, the evening of Saturday July 16 will notably host theCapitol National Orchestraunder the direction of renowned composers Yvan Cassar and Félix Mildenberger, for a pop-symphonic concert with the exceptional participation of Julien Clerc.

The evening will close with one of the greatest masters of electronic music. You probably know his titles night call and road game ? Because yes, Kavinsky will be there to unveil his second album recently released in stores!
