János Árpád Potápi: You have to live and work in order for Hungary to live
János Árpád Potápi emphasized that you have to live and work in order for Hungary to live, which is why this year was named the year of the acting nation. – Our guiding principle is that every Hungarian is responsible for every Hungarian. This sense of responsibility is the basis of national unity. In the spirit of this, we have delivered our support and programs to all settlements inhabited by Hungarians and to all Hungarian communities in the Carpathian Basin, he emphasized.
As he said, he made it possible for 300,000 Hungarian children to receive quality mother-tongue education. – From nursery school to university, we have created an institutional system that helps people stay in their homeland. This includes 145 training farms and training workshops, with which we strengthen foreign vocational training institutions. In order to make the acquired knowledge more competitive, we supported the implementation of 3,500 business development projects, he added.
He noted the Unlimited! program, almost 500,000 Hungarian students have already gone on a trip to a foreign region, and the network of sister settlements in the Carpathian Basin also helps to nurture and build personal relationships.
János Árpád Potápi said that the day of unity is not a day of mourning, on this day we remember the difficulties, but at the same time we commit ourselves to national action: we will not let the fate and history of the Hungarians be considered closed with Trianon.
