In France, soon in the constitution?

This decision leaves the American states to legitimize the right to abortion. A number of them have already enforced their own laws. And more than twenty could eventually ban abortion.

In France, Renaissance and Nupes wish on the contrary to register this right in the constitution. An approach seen with a favorable eye by many citizens, as well as by caregivers in a context of hospital crisis, while maternity closures are feared this summer.
