The countdown to the holidays has begun. The month of July with! The menu of activities to do in Toulouse are filling up : here is what you can do in the Pink City, this Saturday July 2 and Sunday July 3, 2022.

#1Tango Festival

It’s the great return of the festival Tangopostale In Toulouse. Since Friday 1uh July 2022 and for 10 days, the essential dance in Argentina takes the Pink City to the other side of the Atlantic. Initiations, concerts, exhibitions : meeting place Saint-Georges, Saturday and Sunday, at 6 p.m., then every day, place Saint-Pierre, from 4 p.m.

#2 Swimming near Toulouse

After a week when the thermometer will have been calmer, it will return to summer values ​​this weekend, with temperatures crossing 30 degrees. From this Saturday, the Braguessou Lake, in Saint-Jory, is open for swimming. This is also the case of lake of the hats in Muret. Finally, it is also possible to go for a dip in the Lauragais, at Lac de la Thesauca, of Orne Blanc, or of Saint-Ferreol.

#3 The techno meeting

Techno fans will be served. The Music Factory, at the Seven Deniers, organizes a giant open air in the car park, which will animate the sector on Saturday, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Then, until 5.30 a.m., club night takes over, with Dexima, Sadjoy San and Aladdin, who will succeed Bamdara and JC Nomad. DJ sets and artist stands will also be on the program.

#4 A showcase of fire at Etoile

It’s a name that needs no introduction: Soolking will be at the star for a showcase, Saturday July 2, 2022. The rapper who made more than one dance with his title “Suavely” pay a visit to the indestructible nightclub on Atlanta Boulevard. The evening will start at 11 p.m. and end at 7 a.m.

#5 Again and again… the guinguettes!

It definitely smells good in summer and outings with friends. That’s good, since in Toulouse, multiple taverns are open and allow you to have a great time, in various places in the Pink City. The Canaille Club, the Centrale, the Malepère House, the Workshop Terraces, the Big Tree… Easy addresses and will, of course, be there this weekend.

#6 Sunday: free museums!

Who says Sunday July 3 says… first Sunday of the month. Toulouse museums will therefore be free, as far as the permanent exhibitions are concerned. The Abattoirs, the Jacobins, the Quai des Savoirs: there is plenty to do! On the other hand, beware: the museum of Augustinians and Precious Arts are closed for work.
