A tea room at the Albert 1er hotel
Summer is synonymous with guinguettes, evenings with friends and convivial moments. But it is also an opportunity to discover ephemeral shops like the one that opens this Saturday, July 2 at theHotel Albert 1er. Throughout the month of July, the establishment organizes an ephemeral tea room as part of a new “Rendez-vous d’Albert”.
This ephemeral brand opens its doors on the occasion of a new pop-up store of the women’s ready-to-wear brand Sézane within the walls of the hotel. The tea room was designed in partnership with local actors and offers a “gourmet experience that will satisfy lovers of sweets and originality”, according to the establishment’s press release.
Those with a sweet tooth will find a menu with ice creams and pastries from Antoine Fornara, frozen drinks from Gyou, freshly squeezed orange juice from Oranges & Co, or even coffee from Maison Roquemaurel… The tea room is open every day except Sunday, from July 2 to 30 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A big sale of plants
Summer is here, and it’s always time to take care of your garden. For the occasion, Plants for everyone organize a large sale of plants located rue de la Pomme in Toulouse. On Friday July 1, Saturday July 2 and Sunday July 3, stock up on pretty flowers or green plants of your choice.
The objective of this sale: “a maximum of plants at a minimum price”, as the organization explains on its site. More than 150 varieties will be offered during these three days. Indoors, outdoors, small, large or even rare… The plants are sorted by category (beginners, shaded, indestructible…). Enthusiasts could also find all kinds of accessories there.
Located at 61 rue de la Pomme in Toulouse, the sale is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 1st; from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday July 3.
Discover the fountains of Toulouse

Pays d’Oc organizes visits every weekend in the Pink City and this Saturday, July 2, it is the turn of the fountains of Toulouse to be in the spotlight. The company’s objective is to “make heritage accessible”. The visit will then be punctuated with small anecdotes.

A final guided visit to the Saint-Raymond museum
To remain part of the cultural heritage of Toulouse, the Saint Raymond museum offer guided tours. And this Saturday, July 2, it is the turn of the exhibition “The Mystery of Mithras – Diving into the heart of a Roman cult”. This god of Iranian origin was the subject of an “original cult” at the time of the Roman Empire. This goes back to a distant period, from the 1st century to the end of the 4th century, as explained on the website of the Saint-Raymond museum.
