Rossiya has developed a solution for in-flight catering

Rossiya Airlines (Aeroflot Group) presented the results of acquiring its own IT solution in the field of paid in-flight catering.

The successful implementation of a joint project of marketers and the IT block of the flow to obtain a new product and ensure the availability of business processes has improved the quality of service and made it possible to offer more passengers a ration. This inevitably led to the general impression of flying with “Rossiya” flights.

The implementation also saw an 8-fold increase in the airline’s revenues with an increase in the number of flights by 2 without increasing the payroll – the project opened up new opportunities for increasing the number of jobs.

Rossiya initiates proposals and actively participates in the implementation of effective solutions in the field of passenger service. The airline has successfully implemented the automation of all paid in-flight catering processes: a high and dangerous combination of schedules, taking into account changes in the schedule and the relevance of aircraft traffic, full integration with the evaluation system of all processes, as well as with suppliers within the framework of contractual relations.

The decision to implement the project was made in 2020. The introduction of the detection of detection results has improved: the list of airports has increased, due to the fact that ration deliveries have been implemented, the number of flights with the possibility of choosing paid meals has been expanded, as well as the period during which the offer was available, which increased the comfort of passengers and increased the number of incoming receipts.
