Multimedia composition based on paintings by cosmonaut Leonov to be presented in Kemerovo Russian Museum – Siberia |
St. Petersburg/Kemerovo. July 1. INTERFAX NORTH-WEST – In the Kuzbass Center of Arts in Kemerovo for the open international exhibition “Dedication to Cosmonautics”, the press service of the Russian Museum reported.
The exposition becomes permissible within the framework of the activities of the branch of the Russian Museum and has the value of creative cooperation between the Multimedia Center of the Russian Museum and a group of interdisciplinary digital investors.
The concept of the exhibition is built around scientific and philosophical ideas related to the regularity of the origin of the Universe and the theory of its origin, with reflections on the relationship between micro- and macrocosm and the place of man in evolution in the world space.
The Multimedia Center of the Russian Museum offers a promising study of Kuzbass, for example, the wide distribution of media objects created by artists, musicians using digital technologies in the museum exhibition space.
The exposition includes four sections, each of which will be dedicated to the third-party composition of Man, Space and Art. The most important part of the exhibition was a composition based on the paintings of cosmonaut Alexei Leonov, the first man to make a spacewalk. Many of his works, reflecting the shock and delight of meeting the universe, are based on sketches made with colored pencils while flying on board the space station.
The assembled composition, which was an artist created by Oleg and Elena Zakovryashin and the staff of the Multimedia Center of the Russian Museum, is based on Leonov’s paintings from the collection of the Museum of Cosmonautics in Moscow.
Other exhibitors include Vitaliy Vinogradov, a designer and media artist who presents the “Digital Space” installation and interactive audio sculptures “Brain”, “Man” and “Centaur”.
Lera Nibiru – multidisciplinary artist, director, screenwriter and animator appears at the exhibition of the feature film “Astronaut”, shot in a pseudo-documentary manner with feelings of sensation, where a person from the past approaches in our days and is discovered with a new perception about space and space. Dmitry Matkovsky is a musician and synesthete artist, he penetrates the world through music, painting and digital elements with augmented functionality and communicates as the author of the multi-channel video installation “Cosmos”, where space-meditation, the territory of immersion are combined and synthesis of musical art takes place.
Exhibitions, participation of musicians, directors, actors Oleg Skiba, Valery Alakhov and the New Composers group, Igor Zalivalov, Marusya Nesterova, Natalia Medvedeva, Maxim Drozdov, Nikita Korol, Denis Starkov, Alexander Matveev and others will be presented in the work on the objects in demand.
As part of the exhibition “Dedication to Cosmonautics”, a special program will be organized, including online lectures, excursions, dance and audiovisual performances, film screenings, musical improvisations and master classes.
