Green terrace, exotic tapas and creative cocktails at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg this summer

For the summer, the Sofitel Paris le Faubourg hotel unveils its verdant hacienda-style terrace, where you can savor exotic tapas and creative cocktails.

This year, the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg is emphasizing the change of scenerywith some cocktails in collaboration with Diplomatic, the Venezuelan Rum House. A la carte, dice cocktails with tropical flavors signed by head bartender Aurélie Bourréwhich make us travel without even leaving the capital.
crush for the havana cocktail (€17), unveiled at the Taste of Paris festival and composed of Diplomatico Mantuano, RyeWhisky Bulleit infused with Lapsang, Campari and Galliano L’Autentico liqueur. We won’t tell you more about the way it is presented, so as not to spoil the surprise – but its entrance to the table will not leave you unmoved.
Nice discovery, too, that the Veracruz-cocktail (Tequila infused with kaffir leaves, mezcal, grapefruit and lime juice, spice and chilli syrup, tonic; €17), as well as the punta cana cocktails (Diplomatico Planas, spiced rum, Angostura, pineapple, passion fruit, ginger, lime, tonka syrup; €17). No need to draw a picture, you will have understood: the cocktails are there to make you vo-ya-ger!
We accompany these learned beverages of tasty tapas to peck with the fingers, straight out of the mind of the Chef Anais Foray. After the drinks, theLatin America are thus found on the plates, with its flavors and flavors that warm the heart and the taste buds: the essential guacamole (12€) very generously served, the fish croquettes (14€) flavored with jalapeno which will delight discerning beaks with their crispness, or the beef tiradito (12€), a sort of carpaccio seasoned with a chilli, pepper and coriander coulis.
