Part of it are judicial reforms, changes to the Public Procurement Act and energy diversification
The “Continue Change” program is a program that will work and negotiate with possible future coalition partners in forming a new cabinet. The party lists eight points, due to which the future government will have to make an “unchanging commitment”.

- Decisive steps in the fight against corruption – adoption of the law on the new anti-corruption commission with investigative functions and election of Mr. Boyko Rashkov as its chairman, as well as adoption of the new law on protection of persons submitting signals for violations and corruption;
- Amendments to the Judiciary Actwhich introduce for reporting and investigation of the Prosecutor General, which law will be presented by the Ministry of Justice within days;
- Adoption of 22 legislative changesset in the National Plan for Reconstruction and Sustainability, which the laws will enable Bulgaria to start absorbing BGN 13 billion in grants from Europe, to have medical helicopters, modern classrooms, energy treatment, etc .;
- Amendments to the Public Procurement Act and the inclusion of the agreement on the new package European operational programs for the period 2021-2027 worth BGN 3.7 billion and ensuring their implementation in a transparent and legal manner;
- Completion of the Strategic Plan of Bulgaria for Development of Agriculture and Rural Areaswhich will provide agricultural producers with BGN 16 billion;
- Ensuring energy diversification by completing the Greek gas connection to get cheap gas from Azerbaijan
- Election of independent and competent members of the governing regulatory bodies such as the CPC, the BNB and the FSC in order to ensure a competitive and predictable business environment in our country and to eliminate abuse of the prices of fuels and basic goods and services;
- Establishment of the forestry agency as an independent state agency to which all forestry holdings should be transferred; stopping the abuses in the forest holdings and the crimes in the direction of the Bulgarian forest.
After receiving a mandate to form the government, the PP will send a negotiating team led by Kiril Petkov, who will negotiate with each MP, ready to work to achieve the goal, “in conviction and in a way independent of behind the scenes,” the party. And they categorically state that they will not negotiate with Boyko Borisov, Delyan Peevski, Slavi Trifonov and Kostadin Kostadin, as well as with “all other MPs who are not free to make independent decisions without the prior consent of the above persons or their owners.”
“The PP will propose a new cabinet if it is convinced that there are at least 121 MPs in the 47th National Assembly who will put 8 goals first,” elected by the party.
