The Toulouse Bar Association has just chosen its new representatives for the 2023-2024 mandate. Caroline Marty-Daudibertières and Thomas Neckebroeck are elected president and vice-president with 51.86% of the votes in the 1st round this Monday, June 27. They will take up their duties in January.
“Aware that the profession is faced with multiple challenges both in terms of the lack of means authorized to Justice and the deregulation of the Law market, they have convinced the majority of Toulouse lawyers with their pragmatic program with concrete measures”, writes the Bar Association in a press release.
About the future president Caroline Marty-Daudibertières, the Order indicates that she “was sworn in in 2000. She works mainly in criminal law and family law. She will know how to take advantage of her transversal vision and her perspective on all subjects inherent to the profession. »
Concerning his colleague, Thomas Neckebroeck, vice-president, the Order states that he practices in the law of companies in difficulty, commercial and banking litigation. He “was sworn in in 2004. His availability and benevolence will make him an elected official who listens to his sisters and brothers. »
They have both been members of the Council of the Order for more than four years.
