Lacking inspiration for your weekend outings ? Here is an overview of what you could do, in the Pas de Calais, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July 2022.
The return of the Main Square Festival
If you’re a regular at festivals, you couldn’t miss the info. The Main Square is (finally!) back in Arras, in an XXL version, this year. From this Thursday and until Sunday, music invites itself into the Atrébate city. More info about the festival in this article.
So as not to miss any of the music festivals of the summer, we give you a summary of the most significant, which are held in the Nord – Pas-de-Calais and nearby Belgium in an article offered on the subject.
Full of sensations
Whether you are a couple, with family or friends, you can fill up on sensations in the Pas-de-Calais. Dennlys Parc in Dennebroeucq, Nausicaá in Boulogne-sur-Mer, stroll along the seafront on a giant dragon in Calais… Many structures are open to the public. And there’s something for everyone.
We summarize here the outdoor activities to try in Pas-de-Calais and here the escape-games near you.
A labyrinth… in a cornfield
From this Sunday, you will be able to try out a brand new unusual activity in Pas-de-Calais. A labyrinth created in a cornfield opens its doors at the beginning of the month in Waben, near Berck. Various activities are offered there, to have fun, whether you are a young or old child.
Good deals to grab
As every week, you will have good plans to seize, on the territory. In addition to the summer sales, introduced several days ago, many flea markets and flea markets are planned in Pas-de-Calais. We list you in an article those which are announced this first weekend of July.
A trip to the museum
You also have the choice of going to the museum. As a reminder, this Sunday is the first of the month, and therefore many structures are open to visitors. Note that this often concerns permanent collections, not temporary exhibitions.
At the moment, you can discover an exhibition on the “Fantastic Creatures” of comic strips at the Calais Museum of Fine Arts, an exhibition on the Roman Empire at the Louvre-Lens, or another around the work lent by the Louvre in Paris, the Crouching scribe.
This is of course only part of the events of the department. Check with local structures to find out about their news.
