Danilo Andjusic (ex-Monaco) returns to Partizan Belgrade
Former Bourg and Monaco sniper Danilo Andjusic (1.95m, 31) returns to Partizan Belgrade, which was already his club from 2011 to 2013 and in 2015-16.
During the season won, the Serbian international played 30 Euroleague games with Monaco, averaging 7.7 points per game. In the French league, Andjusic rose to 10.1 points per game in the regular season and 8.6 points in the playoffs. He sometimes remained out of the squad due to a surplus of foreign players in the Roca Team.
“It’s a great feeling to come home to the club that I love, but also in which I didn’t leave the trace that I wanted twice. I believe that this time is really the “third happiness”. Now I’m in my maturity, if not the best playing years, I’m here to be part of Zeljko Obradovic’s beloved club and team. I don’t want to promote much, and talk a lot, it’s up to me to work, in a way to be an example for the youngest, and to put everything I can at the service of the team. Partizan’s ambitions are always the highest, so we know what we will fight for,” he said.
Before Monaco and Bourg, Andjusic played for Igokea, UNICS Kazan, Parma Perm, Anvil, Bilbao, Valladolid, Virtus Bologna, Hemofarm and twice for Partizan.
