Toulouse: Me Caroline Marty-Daudibertières, future president of the bar
My Caroline Marty-Daudibertières and Thomas Neckebroeck were elected by the lawyers of the Toulouse Bar. They will succeed from January 1, 2023 to the president Pierre Dunac and the vice-president Frédéric Langlois.
During an examination which largely mobilized lawyers registered with the Toulouse bar, a woman was appointed to succeed the chairman of the bar Pierre Dunac. Me Caroline Marty-Daudybertières and Vice-Bâtonnier Thomas Neckebroeck were elected with 669 votes and 51.8% of the vote. They impose themselves in front of Mes Laurent Laspalles and Laurent Seyte.
The baton now named Me Marty-Daudibertières, 48, was sworn in in 2000. This Montalbanaise has forged a very reputation in solid criminal law where she regularly intervenes in the main Toulouse cases. She has been a member of the Bar Council for four years where she is very involved, very attentive to her young colleagues and their difficulties.
She forms an accomplice duo with Me Thomas Neckebroek, 43, who was sworn in in 2004. This lawyer mainly works in the areas of commercial and banking law. He also works as a consultant. Both had already been re-elected together to the council of the order in 2020.
Like President Dunac and Deputy President Langlois, their complementarity in very different areas of professional practice should bring significant added value to the lawyers of the Toulouse Bar.
My Marty-Daudibertières and Neckebroek will take up their associated functions as of January 1, 2023.
