I Fenuyëti tournament: a successful 3rd edition
Held on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 June, the 3rd edition of the I Fenuyëti tournament, organized by AS Monaco, was a resounding success.
Back after two years of absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2022 vintage of the I Fenuyëti tournament was a success. Under a radiant sun, the six U12 Elite teams entered in the competition entertained the spectators present at the Stade Prince Héréditaire Jacques in Beausoleil.
At the end of a tough tournament, it was ultimately Olympique de Marseille who won the final against OGC Nice (2-0), while Monegasque Maxence Vola finished top scorer in the event ( 5 mas).

Yllan Okou kicked off the final
Accompanied by the mascot Bouba who set the mood all weekend, Yllan Okou kicked off the final. The Rouge & Blanc defender took the opportunity to greet the finalists and the match referees, before watching the match from the stands.
The most attentive spectators will also have noted the presence of Dennis Appiah, FC Nantes player and winner of the Gambardella Cup in 2011 with AS Monaco where he trained and evolved with the pros from 2011 to 2013, as well as Rio Mavuba, assistant coach of the Girondins de Bordeaux U19s.
3876€ donated to the association “Les Enfants de Frankie”
Finally, this 3rd edition of the I Fenuyëti tournament raised €3,876 for “Children of Frankie”. From the receipts of the refreshment bar and decorated with 200 € / but marked, this sum contributed to the financing of the actions of this Monegasque association in favor of sick, handicapped or disadvantaged children in Monaco and the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. ‘ Azure.
