Summer full of concerts. The New Town Hall in Prague is full of music during the holidays
International Roma festival Khamorowhich will take place on July 11, will welcome the pianist Tomáš Kač and his guests, specifically drummer Marek Urbánek and guitarist Mara Cába. Kač’s work is named on generiswhich can be defined as the interconnection of classical, jazz, and Romani music.
The following week they will dominate the large hall clarinetist Anna Paulová with guitarist and composer Lukáš Sommerwho are going to play compositions by Ennio Morricone or Johann Sebastian Bach in an unusual way. You can get tickets for the concert, scheduled for July 22 compete here.
Two days later, they invade the area from the time of King Charles IV. Rudolf Mazač and his Kentonmania, Big Band & 8 French Horns & Martin Růža / Vocals, who invite you to the nineteenth year Jazz bridge.
Viewers can look forward to a more exotic sound on August 26, when a trumpet player and pianist from Israel, a pair of Uriel Herman and Itamar Borochovwhich are referred to as “jazz seekers”.
The music program will also continue in September. For example, September 6 here with a recital Jan Mráček and Lukáš Klánský starts New Town Chamber Music Festival Novofest. An evening full of atmosphere and sound full of inner feelings will be offered on September 15 by a versatile artist Maokawho, among other things, composed the soundtrack to the film Bathory.
The show aims to support especially beginning performers Young Prague, which will launch this year’s edition on September 16. And under the title Known unknown will be performed on September 18 mezzo-soprano Jana Hrochová with young baritone Robin Červinka.
