An emergency meeting of the Security Council was held in New York, convened at the request of Ukraine in connection with a serious missile attack on the UN trade center in Kremenchug.

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine is made to the Security Council via video link. He proposes to deprive Russia of voting rights in the General Assembly and permanent membership in the UN Security Council in connection with the theme that Moscow requires a permanent justification for the justification of this organization and the international international order as a whole.

Zelensky called the colonial threat that Russia called in Ukraine and noted that Russia did not participate in the UN vote on this war.

In addition, the UN Zelensky package introduces the legal status of a “terrorist state”. All countries with such a status, according to Zelensky, should be punished: “I urge you to deprive a terrorist state of its powers in the UN General Assembly. This is necessary. This is fair. Russia has no right to remain in the UN Security Council.”

The UN can now impose any state election prohibiting travel bans, asset freezes, embargoes on arms, technology, or product imports from that country.

Zelensky also reacted to the Russian official version of what happened in Kremenchug and to the versions spread by the pro-Kremlin media and telegram channels: there really was an impact caused by a Russian missile,” he said.
