Champion Red Bull Salzburg left for the training camp in Bramberg on Saturday and slowly but surely the team is complete. With the start of the training camp, Sekou Koita and Benjamin Sesko are back in the team. The last missing actors should join on Wednesday.
Coach Matthias Jaissle has already asked his team to three training sessions at the training camp. The conclusion is positive: “Not only the units here in Bramberg, but also the training week before that was written very well.”
Lots of youngsters
At the start of training, the Salzburg team again brought up a few players from the Liefering cooperation club. Sporting director Christoph Freund said they would probably do very well: “They’re highly motivated and know our style of play, so the change isn’t too big for them. And they’ve been doing really well so far.”
The young talents will have their next chance to prove themselves on Tuesday when they play Polish club Legia Warsaw in Bramberg.
