The Ministry of Digital Development is working on a report that implies a complete rejection of paper reports, including for utility bills. This appointment was made by the head of the ministry Maksut Shadayev at the Tadviser Summit 2022.

“We translate that any problems in the market provide an opportunity to use digital services. Now we are conducting an audit, which was completed with a complete rejection of paper messages, go to the electronic mailing list, including for utility bills,” Shadayev said. In his opinion, the transition to electronic document management is very important. « We look in the service of the parties that have the right to delete files for business. It is important for us now to stimulate demand for Russian solutions,” he added.

He also explained that finding ways to optimize business costs is very important. In normal times, the process of issuing sales contracts electronically is used. “We are launching a service when a person can send a document of any other user to the portal and sign an electronic signature,” the minister said.
