War of Russia against Ukraine. The main thing (updated)
Since February 24, Russian troops have looked into Ukraine, including from Belarus, although a few days before the start of a full-scale invasion of Belarus, the Russian Defense Minister assured his Ukrainian colleague that there was no threat from Ukraine from Belarus.
The northern regions of Ukraine were liberated from the Russians in early April, after which the invaders withdrew, including to Belarus and were transferred to the Donbass.
On the territory of Belarus, missiles were launched at Ukrainian targets, and there were also cases of planes taking off from Belarusian airfields that fired at Ukraine. On June 25, the Russians for the first time launched an air strike on Ukraine from the airspace of Belarus, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
On June 26, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported that Russia was once again attracting a military presence in Belarus.
On the same day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the Russian invaders were preparing sabotage groups to be sent to Ukraine from Belarus.
