Both the ODS and the ANO movement pointed out that several contracts in these areas were concluded with entrepreneurs Pavel Dovhomilja and Maroš Jančovič, who are being prosecuted in the “tunneling of the Transport Company” affair, which also includes former Deputy Mayor Petr Hlubuček (STAN). According to the Civic Democrats, a number of smaller-scale IT tenders, which fall under the responsibility of Mayor Zdeněk Hřiba (Pirates), raise doubts – among other things due to suspicions of their deliberate division or “preference” of certain entities. For projects in Holešovice and Palmovka, there are said to be doubts about how to conclude contracts.
“We must try to further prevent the occurrence of damage, which is in the interests of citizens, the Transport Company and the city. It is not possible to postpone these operations. It is also necessary to examine DPP’s contracts with Xanthus, “said Zdeněk Zajíček, chairman of the ODS representative club.
In Prague 10, the mayor and the deputy mayor were removed. Due to the connection to Hlubučka
According to the representatives of the Prague YES movement, the mayor should explain why Pavel Dovhomilja won the contracts in “his” department and in “his” city company. “I don’t think anyone from the sympathies of this company or the gentleman can suspect that,” Mushroom can’t repeat us. According to him, the contracts with the IT company Advice Solutions date back to 2017, when Prague was ruled by a coalition led by ANO. “Later, about a year and a half ago, the contract was terminated by us. So far, the company is contradicting some partial orders, but nothing has been paid to them, “Hřib told Pražský deník. According to the overview provided by the ODS, however, these “partial orders” have a total value of around 35 million crowns.
According to Hřiba, the municipality’s cooperation with Uniprog Solutions also comes from the last election period. The company won the contract from the current coalition because it had to submit a better offer than the competition. “At that time, of course, we were not yet aware of the circumstances of the Dosimeter case. Moreover, according to the law, you cannot exclude from a public tender someone who is (only) accused of a crime, “the mayor pointed out, according to which” anyway, any municipal entity with a company of prosecuted persons should now be checked. We should look at whether these contracts can be terminated or re-competed so that all doubts are eliminated, “added Hřib.
Leaked information about the Hlubuček case from lawyers? The Bar Association doubts this
At the same time, the Prague councilors approved an amendment to the Transport Company’s Articles of Association in order to achieve its transparency. Newly, the city council will have to approve DPP’s property transactions over fifty million crowns, so far about six billion crowns.
