“With muscles and with the heart” is the title of the sixth edition of the “National Festival of Sports Culture” which will take place in Cattolica next week, from 4 to 7 July in Piazza Primo Maggio starting at 21.00. To organize it is the Association “Rebounds off the field” with the support and patronage of the Municipal Administration. The calendar of appointments was presented this morning at the Palazzo del Turismo in the presence of the Mayor Franca Foronchi, the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Tourism Alessandro Belluzzi, the Councilor for Sport and Culture Federico Vaccarini, the Vice President of the “Rebounds off the field” Ettore Vichi, the artistic director of the Paolo Pagnini Festival and the numerous associates and volunteers who collaborate in the event. “Doing things with the heart”, Mayor Foronchi said at the opening, “I start from here to thank you because you really do it. Your association is a point of reference for the city. Protagonist of numerous initiatives for the community, with schools, carried out that civic activity necessary for the growth of society. This festival is one of the many events that focus on the themes of social, inclusion and sports culture. We can only be at your side as an Administration and be grateful and happy for everything you do. Happy feast to all ”. “A calendar of events – adds Belluzzi – which is also fully part of the tourist activities, as well as social and sports activities. He does it thanks to a high-profile program that can entice everyone to come to Piazza Primo Maggio to listen to the guests “. Among other things, the present public will be able to interact during the evenings by sending questions through Whatsapp or Messenger. “We are committed – underlines Belluzzi – so that the Region can pay due attention to this initiative. This is testified by the presence on Thursday 7 July of Giammaria Manghi, Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of the Emilia-Romagna Region. Finally, I want to thank all the volunteers without whom it would not be possible to organize these evenings which are an added value for our community “. “In recent days – says Vaccarini – we were always together on the path of the different schools. Not even the time to take a breath and we immediately start again with the path traced in the social, sports and inclusion fields. Credit must be given to your association for bringing together all these issues that occupy a lot of space in these evenings. I also go back to underlining the title “With muscles and with heart”, it is true that muscles are important in sport, but putting your heart into it means being able to do extraordinary things that would otherwise be impossible to achieve “. The Vice-President of the Association, Ettore Vichi, entered the merits of this edition of the festival, thanking the President Angelo Furiassi: “We have agreed – he explained – to share the burdens on the activities carried out. There are so many, “Off-screen rebounds” is the spokesperson for important issues that over the years have always been enthusiastically collected by the Administrations. This sixth edition aims to be a combination of sport and culture, and six are the subjects of our posters, created by the graphic designer Valerio De Nicolò, which want to be a tribute to the historicity of the first Italian sports associations born at the end of the 19th century “. The artistic director of the Festival, Paolo Pagnini, declined the program of the evenings: “It was an exciting challenge – he explains – working on this project. I started with the title that I consider a promise of what these evenings will reveal. I emphasize, we will not talk about sport but above all about sports culture and its declination in everyday life. We did not want to chase big names at all costs, although they are in the calendar of the four events, but we have built a calendar starting from the themes and entrusting them to personalities from the world of sport, entertainment, communication and art.
