In early June, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow did not prevent the export of grain from Ukraine. He suggested doing so through the Russian-occupied ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk, the ports controlled by Ukraine, and the railways through Romania, Poland, and Belarus.
