Andrea Osvárt: There is no tradition in Budapest to protect our own living environment
Budapest is full of condominiums whose residential community does not function as a community, where the internal forums are stagnant or burdened by annoying conflicts, the condition of the buildings is both technically and aesthetically poor. Why is it that with this problem you don’t really manage to get to the vineyard, what would it take to make it happen? As a first step, it would be worth thinking about what, if we were not expecting a solution from someone else, we would start to get to the end of things ourselves. How does someone start as an actor with condominium affairs to deal with and what can be achieved in a few years?
