Portugal will organize Goalball World Cups in December 2022 – Sports
Portugal will organize between December 5 and 17, in Matosinhos, the World Championships of goalball, announced this Monday the National Sports Association for People with Visual Impairments (ANDDVIS), which oversees the sport in national terms.
The competition, attributed to Portugal by the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA), is played in the male and female sides, with the Asian teams still in progress or qualification.
IBSA had already assigned to Portugal the organization of the championships between Europeans (group B), which took place between 12 and 20 November, also in the two spaces of the Sports and Congress of Matosinhos.
