Hadrien Clouet wins against Pierre Baudis
The sociologist and Insoumis de la Nupes candidate, Hadrien Clouet, won this Sunday, June 19, 2022 the 1st constituency of Haute-Garonne, in Toulouse, in the context of the legislative elections. With approximately 54% of the votes, he is ahead of Pierre Baudis, son of Dominique Baudis and grandson of Pierre Baudis, former mayors of Toulouse.
Anne Stambach-Terrenoir (Nupes) gets her revenge
The candidate France Insoumise de la Nupes, Anne Stembach-Terrenoir, was ahead, with 51.13% of the votes, Jean-Luc Lagleize, candidate for Together! (48.87%), in the second constituency of Haute-Garonne. She lost to this same opponent in the second round of the legislative elections in 2017.
Outgoing MP Corinne Vignon (Together!) Reappointed
Already elected deputy of the presidential majority in 2017, Corinne Vignon was reappointed for a second term, elected in the 3rd constituency of Haute-Garonne. She obtained 55% of the votes and is thus ahead of Agathe Roby, candidate for Nupes (45%).
The 4th constituency for François Piquemal and Nupes
Municipal councilor in Toulouse, François Piquemal was largely elected in the 4th district of Haute-Garonne. Also a candidate for Nupes, he obtained 59.26% of the vote against Marie-Claire Constans (Together!, 40.67%).
Christine Arrighi, first environmentalist deputy in Toulouse
Elected in the 9th constituency of Haute-Garonne with 39.77% of the vote, Christine Arrighi, candidate for the Nupes and attached to the issue of the fight for the climate, becomes the first environmental MP to be elected in the department. She had already presented herself in 2012 and 2017 in the legislative elections in the 9th district of Haute-Garonne, without reaching the second round.
Arriving in the lead in the first round, she beat Sandrine Mörch, outgoing LREM MP, in the second round.
