Waste or poor water management are problems that are increasingly affecting our landscape and our lives. June 17 is the world day of the fight against drought and desertification, so Radegast took camels on a procession through Prague and Ostrava, which also went to Radegastovna to draw attention to the issue of scarcity, waste and poor water management.

“Camels, which are a symbol of drought and desert, have pointed out with us that water retention in the landscape and the care of water resources are extremely important activities. If we don’t all get involved, we may meet camels not only in parades, “ explains Josef Jalůvka, Radegast brand manager.
For example, special irrigation bags for trees can help care for public greenery. Thanks to them, the trees have a drier period and there is also a significant saving of water needed for their introduction.

You can save money even when brewing beer
Radegast Brewery has been active in the field of water resources protection for a long time, it sets an example and I try to inspire others. Directly in its Nošovice brewery, it reduces the amount of water needed for brewing beer and is one of the absolute world leaders.
“Each of us should take the ‘fight for water’ on our own humps. We will only be able to preserve our unique landscape for future generations if we all face the current and the challenges at the same time. And every action, even the smallest one, will help, because every drop makes sense, “ adds Josef Jalůvka.
